Performance Services

Here at Phoenix Performance Institute, we focus on every athlete’s needs by offering personal and group training options. Our training services are developed for each athlete’s level and understanding of lifting in order to improve their technique, efficiency, and performance in their sport.

1-on-1 Training

Training alongside your team members or a group of friends with our head strength and conditioning coach. Choose between a 2, 3 or 4 person group classes.

Fight Camps

Fighting and/or competing is both mentally and physically demanding, thus we push our athletes to their limits in an educated and safe environment. Oftentimes when fighters train in an unorganized manner they often risk being injured and end having to pull out of the fight or their competitions. Our camps are run by our coach who is a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer. Thus our athletes are working with someone that is educated in strength and conditioning and physical therapy protocols. Our motto at Phoenix P.I. is – Train smart. Recover smarter. Perform at your best.

Training camps typically run in 8-week increments. Focusing on a balance of strength training, agility work, sport technique, and metabolic testing for both V02 Max & RMR, to use each individual’s true heart rate zones for their plans.

At our facility athletes have access to our dry sauna, Normatec compression units, gym equipment and recovery tools on-site. Their highlight is their recovery sessions that include ice baths monitored by our L-ATC and guided athlete yoga.

Above all, we pride ourselves in the community and relationships we’ve built with our athletes. We are a family, and we will continue to rise together.
